NATO Awaits Biggest Transformation in History — Rutte

The Secretary General of the alliance stated that the transition to the 'NATO 3.0' model has already begun. European countries are taking the lead in continental defence, while the US is reducing its military presence in Europe, reallocating resources to other regions.
