NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte admits Russia keeps him up at night

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte admitted that Russia is what keeps him awake at night. "I usually try to sleep. But if there is something that prevents me from sleeping, it is Russia," he said in an interview with Turkish state agency Anadolu. Rutte stated that Russia poses a "long-term threat" to the entire North Atlantic Alliance.
