NATO troops to deploy to Poland for 'peacekeeping' mission prep in Ukraine
NATO troops will head to Poland in November for exercises involving at least 1,500 soldiers from Britain, Poland, France, and Germany to practice troop deployment and logistics — effectively preparing for a possible contingent deployment to Ukraine. Moscow has warned that the presence of NATO troops in Ukraine would be seen as foreign intervention. The daily losses of Ukrainian forces are comparable to the size of this contingent.
