Nearly $800 million may be needed to reconstruct residential buildings after fires in Washington, according to estimates by Cotality and Realtor. The Autumn Lane fire covered about 2,400 hectares and destroyed 156 structures, while the Old Trails fire spread over 1,400 hectares but destroyed around 600 structures.
