Nearly half of homes evacuated from water in Yalta after emergency declared due to bad weather

Nearly half of homes have been evacuated from water in Yalta, where an emergency regime was previously introduced due to bad weather. This was reported by the Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
