Need to strengthen nature protection beyond fighting poaching

So let's not claim we've achieved perfection. There are plenty of problems that need solving. Go into the forest, especially around Minsk, and see for yourself what is happening. In the complex field of nature conservation and environmental use, these agencies need to step up their efforts.
