Netanyahu declined to meet Zelenskyy in Washington, the newspaper Haaretz reported, citing sources. Zelenskyy's office initially contacted Netanyahu's office to arrange a meeting, but the Israeli side never responded. They only briefly spoke at Senator Graham's funeral ceremony.
