New cityhouse with ship-themed play area to be built in Zelyonaya Gavan

A new cityhouse with a ship-themed play area will be built in Zelyonaya Gavan. The building will have 99 apartments ranging from 35 to 114 m², available with Basic or White Box finishes. Sales have already started, with prices starting at $1,741 per square meter; the most affordable apartment costs $93,000. A children's playground featuring a ship and a lighthouse, relaxation zones, and mini gardens will also be built nearby. The building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
