New electronic queue rules for cars at Belarus border starting October 1

Starting October 1, the reserved spot in the electronic queue system for individuals will be valid for 30 calendar days from the payment date. Within this period, the vehicle must be brought to the waiting area and online registration must be completed in the personal account.

The refund period for failed trips will also be limited to 30 days. Money will not be refunded if the agreement has expired, the driver is late for the checkpoint, cancels registration ex post facto, or refuses the trip after vehicle registration.
