New leisure area in Minsk sparks residents' conflict

In a courtyard on Asanaliyeva Street in Minsk, the newly developed leisure area has sparked disputes among residents: some are satisfied, while others suffer from noise made by teenagers and sounds from a glucometer. The administration of the Oktyabrsky district advised residents to report any disorder to the local police, noting that urban noise is inevitable.
