New residential quarter to be built in Minsk on site of former bus park

A new residential quarter will be built in Minsk on the site of the former Bus Park No. 2 on Mayakovsky Street. The area has already been cleared, and design work is nearing completion. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q4 2026. The new apartments will not be for commercial sale but will be allocated to residents of the Leninsky District who are registered as in need of improved housing conditions.
