New rules for transport inspectors' video recorders take effect in Belarus on October 5

Starting October 5, new rules for the use of video recorders by transport inspectors will take effect in Belarus. During checks of travel documents, inspectors will be required to inform passengers about audio and video recording and to record continuously. The rules also include requirements for personal data protection, access to recordings, and storage periods.
