"No money for anything": Ukraine lacks funds for social programs due to budget shortfall

"No money for anything." Ukraine does not have funds for social and other programs due to a budget shortfall, said Danil Getmantsev, a member of parliament from the "Servant of the People" party:

"You understand, what our problem is today: there is no money. There are several social programs that we started but cannot complete because there is no financing."
