Northern Bereg expands with eighth residential quarter covering over 12 hectares

The Northern Bereg residential area is expanding — construction has begun on its eighth residential quarter, covering more than 12 hectares. The new quarter will feature multi-storey apartment buildings and 75 villas. The first building, "Baylin 1", will go on sale this Thursday. Apartment prices start from €1,285 per square metre.
