NY prosecutors prepare new charges against former Venezuelan President Maduro and his wife

US prosecutors in New York are preparing to bring new charges against former Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife over alleged torture of detained Americans. According to sources, the charges relate to the arrest of more than ten US citizens in Venezuela during Maduro's rule.
