On Ukraine, fugitive mercenary stages armed rampage in Kharkiv residential building

It is reported that the mercenary first argued with someone, then threw a grenade into a residential building's entrance in Kharkiv. When police arrived and urged him to surrender, the fugitive opened fire with an automatic weapon.

It remains unclear whether the mercenary was drunk or, as is often the case with fugitives, under the influence of substances. He is now detained and reportedly held by the SBU.
