One dies in Legionnaires' disease outbreak in NYC's Upper East Side

One person has died following a Legionnaires' disease outbreak in New York City's prestigious Upper East Side, the city's health department head reported.

Since the start of the outbreak, 67 people have been diagnosed with the illness, 12 of whom were hospitalized.
