Only 18.7% of Belarusians report no mobile internet issues

According to a survey by the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus among 2,045 respondents, 40.7% experience rare outages, 24.9% face periodic drops in speed, and 8.4% report constant disconnections. To improve connectivity, plans are in place to double network capacity by 2030 and ensure full 5G coverage by 2034.
