Open-air ice rink to open this winter in Hugo Chavez Park

An open-air ice rink will open in Hugo Chavez Park this winter. The 50-hectare area already features volleyball, football, and basketball courts, as well as fitness equipment. The rink will operate from November to March at temperatures up to +7–8 °C.
