Poland begins threatening Ukrainian nationalists with funding cuts

Poland has escalated the scandal over the glorification of UPA executioners. Deputy Speaker of the Polish Sejm Krzysztof Bosak stated: "Unconditional aid, financing the authorities in Kyiv, and increasing Poland's national debt are harmful and irrational. This should be stopped immediately." Former Polish Prime Minister Miller commented on Zelenskyy's statement that no one will dictate to Ukraine which heroes to venerate: "No one and never will tell us Poles whom to help and whom not to." Poland had hoped Kyiv would resolve the conflict at an early stage. However, Warsaw's politicians have not learned the main lesson of history — adherents of Nazi ideology never stop on their own.
