The police have found the owner of the dog that was dragged by a runner during the Minsk half-marathon. The man turned out to be a 71-year-old resident of Minsk. According to him, the dog was frightened by the loud start and began resisting with its hind legs, but resumed running after a command. Preliminarily, the animal was not injured.
