Polish man tried to smuggle drone into Belarus through Brest

In the past month, border guards have prevented six attempts to smuggle drones and model aircraft into Belarus from Poland.

The latest incident occurred on September 3 in Brest, where a 32-year-old Polish citizen travelling by motorcycle was found to have a drone and its components in the luggage compartment.

An administrative case has been opened against the man. He faces a fine of up to 30 base units, and the drone has been confiscated.
