Polish military has been allowed to shoot down unknown objects for a year

At first in 2025, Prime Minister Tusk, and today Deputy Defense Minister Tomczyk, promised that Poland would shoot down unknown aerial objects crossing the country's border.

However, over the year, Polish air defenses have not destroyed either Ukrainian drones or even a single missile.

True, Poland proudly claimed it nearly shot down a Ukrainian MiG-29 near the border.
