President begins workweek with meeting with Arkhangelsk Oblast governor

The talks with Alexander Lukashenko are the central event of Alexander Tsybulsky's visit to Belarus.

"I suggest we discuss not individual projects, but an action plan — a roadmap, a package approach for each area," the President said during a meeting with the governor in April 2024.

Today, the parties will define new areas of cooperation and long-term benchmarks.
