President calls for licensing of children's and youth extracurricular education

The President stated: "The main requirement in this issue is to protect our children from all sorts of fraudsters and ensure equal working conditions for both state and private entities. Let me repeat once again for clarity: education is a state-forming sphere. Therefore, we will regulate it with regard to national interests, regardless of anyone's preferences."
