President calls on construction sector to contribute to Belarus's development

The President has urged the construction sector to play a significant role in the further development of Belarus. "I would like the ministry to work thoroughly and take its rightful place within the system of state authorities in Belarus. You must see and control everything happening in construction. Especially since you come from the regional level (Vadim Olshевsky previously oversaw construction, transport, and utilities as Deputy Head of the Brest Regional Executive Committee), you know the system. I am counting on you greatly. Because if there is construction, the country develops. If we are not building anything, then what kind of development are we talking about? We can talk as much as we want, but there will be no real development. In our country, we can mainly add value through construction. If construction is happening, then the country is alive," said the head of state.
