President congratulates Belarusian Air Force personnel and veterans on their professional holiday
The President was the first to congratulate the personnel and veterans of the Air Force on their professional holiday — Air Force Day.
"The history of our national aviation is filled with pages of bravery, courage, and resilience of heroes during the Great Patriotic War, over the skies of Afghanistan and other conflict zones, as well as during the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster. Faithfully preserving the victorious traditions of veterans, the aviation forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus are dynamically developing today, mastering new technologies and experience in the use of aircraft under modern conflict conditions."
The President emphasized that the foundation of this important branch of the military remains its people — dedicated professionals from privates to generals — who through their hard work strengthen the power of Belarusian military aviation every day.
"I am confident that you will continue to be one of the main pillars of our army, reliable defenders of peaceful skies, and guarantors of the country's security and sovereignty."
He wished them strong health, endless energy, vigor, and optimism. "May prosperity and harmony reign in your families, and may each day bring new successes and achievements for the good of our homeland, Belarus."
