President Lukashenko refused to sign autograph immediately, then wrote heartfelt message
The President was asked to leave an autograph on a bulletproof panel for the museum of the National Academy of Sciences.
He declined — or rather, took a pause to think about what to write.
"I'll think about what to write. I once seriously raised this issue — we needed good, effective bulletproof vests. So I know all your products well," said the President.
The First kept his word: he thought it over and sincerely wrote down words that are important for people in uniform.
