President stresses focusing on problems, not achievements

President insists on discussing problems rather than achievements today.

Key issues:

1️⃣ Quality of produced equipment and delivery timelines.

"Without quality and execution discipline, everything will collapse quickly, and others will take your place. You will lose the trust credit accumulated over decades."

Joint work between Belkommunmash and MAZ under the Ministry of Industry's leadership is crucial to fully utilize existing capacities.

2️⃣ Unsatisfactory financial and economic condition of MAZ.

"Measures taken by the Government have not stabilized MAZ's financial and operational activities."

3️⃣ Development of Stadler Minsk.

"Currently, the work of Stadler Minsk JSC is not yielding adequate results."
