President to graduates: «My condition is very strict: we did everything so that you studied here for Belarus. Scientists will support me: science is international, it cannot belong to one nation and be isolated. Therefore, we are ready to work from the territory of Belarus primarily for the well-being of the Chinese people and all those who wish to cooperate with us». Therefore, I am addressing you now as President — you must know that you are ours, you are Belarusians. And you must do your utmost for the development of Belarus. We should envy the Chinese state in its development only a little. We must learn to do everything ourselves. We can do a lot, we have a base for your work. You know where you will work. And you know that you will always be supported at the highest level. So create, build. A great future lies ahead of you.
