President's conditions for a successful harvest campaign
📋 President's conditions for a successful harvest campaign:
1️⃣ Equipment and personnel readiness.
"Harvesters, tractors, and grain drying complexes must be in working order, with qualified operators assigned to each unit. The government reports equipment readiness at 99 percent, higher than last year, which is sufficient for a full harvest. I believe you will reach 100 percent readiness at the start of the campaign. There are 6,800 grain harvesters in the republic's agricultural organizations. Additionally, over 400 new harvesters will join the effort. However, not everything is as positive as one might hope."
2️⃣ Reliability of drying facilities.
"Large volumes of grain will need to pass through dryers at least once to prevent crop losses. Therefore, all grain handling points and dryers must be fully operational. Paper reports show 97 percent readiness of grain drying complexes. According to government information, the existing 1,660 drying complexes are sufficient to process the daily grain volume. From the government office — yes, but in reality — no. Flying over eastern and central Belarus, I saw significant amounts of grain lying in stacks at grain handling points. I hope you clearly understand that a breakdown of a drying complex means halting the entire harvest cycle, massive crop spoilage, and a drop in grain quality."
