Prices announced for apartments in Minsk's 'most desired building' near Kamenaya Gorka metro

Many expected the price to be around 4,500 rubles per square meter, but prices start from 5,500 rubles.

The smallest one-bedroom apartment will cost about 169,000 rubles, and together with a mandatory parking space — around 225,000 rubles ($80,000).
