Promised eternal love, then scammed Minsk woman out of 33,000 rubles

A 25-year-old woman from Minsk met a man online. After several months of communication, he shared stories about business troubles and his father's death, then asked for money. The woman gave her savings, took out a loan, and borrowed from acquaintances. After receiving the money, the man stopped responding. The scammer was identified as a 26-year-old resident of Brest Region.
