Protocol drawn up against Kyiv university employee for speaking Russian

This happened at the end of July. According to a representative of Ukraine's language ombudsman, the university employee was speaking Russian while consulting a citizen on document processing. The woman recorded the conversation with the employee and later filed a complaint against her with supervisory authorities.
