Road cameras in Belarus now catch unbuckled drivers and passengers

Road cameras in Belarus have started recording drivers and passengers who are not wearing seat belts. Since July, the automated enforcement system has also been detecting improper use of mobile phones while driving. Cameras already monitor speeding, driving in dedicated lanes, parking and stopping violations, red-light running, and other traffic offenses.
