Robot combat tournament held in China

Engine AI held the Ultimate Robot Knock-out Legend competition in Shenzhen. 32 teams from 10 countries participated, including representatives from the University of California and Stanford University. All used Engine AI's T-800 robots. The prize pool amounted to $1.48 million. During one of the fights, a robot had its head literally torn off. The 1.73-meter-tall T-800 can perform complex movements: uppercuts, spinning kicks, and rapid recovery after falls.
