Romania resumes Schengen visa issuance in Minsk

Starting August 20, the consular section of the Romanian Embassy has resumed accepting Schengen visa applications in Minsk. This relieves Belarusians from the need to travel to Moscow to submit their documents. The situation has been complicated by the temporary suspension of document processing in Moscow starting August 21. Minsk has now once again become the main and closest location for obtaining Romanian Schengen visas.
