Rubio: Trump allowed Russian diesel into global market for US interests

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in an interview with Breitbart News that Donald Trump allowed Russian diesel to enter the global market to serve his own country's interests, not to help Russia or harm Ukraine.
