A scammer impersonated Minsk City Executive Committee head Vladimir Kukharev. The fraudster contacted a person claiming to be Kukharev and said that a KGC inspection had been assigned to the KGB. After that, a 'KGB officer' was supposed to contact the victim. The scheme remains the same — only the names and positions change. Stay vigilant.
