Scammers impersonate neighbors to steal money from Belarusians

Scammers have started messaging Belarusians pretending to be their neighbors and tricking them into sending money. The victim is informed about a suspicious stranger near the door and sent a link to what appears to be a video. Then they are urged to call a fake hotline, where they are asked to provide an SMS code and transfer money to a 'secure account'. Do not follow suspicious links or share SMS codes with anyone. Contact your neighbor directly to verify.
