Schools in Belarus have no right to ask about parents' salaries without legal basis

The National Center for Personal Data Protection has reminded that such information can only be collected with a legal basis, a contract, or a person's consent. Earlier, parents at one school were asked to provide family composition, housing conditions, salary, and work experience in a questionnaire. Parents have the right to clarify why an organization needs the requested data.
