Secondary housing sales in Minsk may fall below 1,200 deals in October
Around 650 apartments were sold in Minsk during the first three weeks of October. Analysts attribute the decline in activity, in part, to some buyers shifting to the new construction market. In September, the average price per square meter in Minsk’s secondary housing market stopped rising for the first time in a year, based on actual transactions.
