Sergei Udovikov awarded rank of 3rd class Justice State Counselor

Sergei Udovikov, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus, has been awarded the rank of 3rd class Justice State Counselor. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of Belarus.
