Slovak PM Fico: Some NATO members interested in resuming dialogue with Russia

"I have long welcomed and supported this," he noted. At the same time, the Slovak Prime Minister confirmed that Bratislava will not participate in the summit-agreed €70 billion aid package for Ukraine or in the European €90 billion loan for Kyiv.
