SMS notifications for paid parking violations in Minsk

Drivers in Minsk will now be notified about paid parking rule violations via SMS. To receive notifications, users must register their vehicle in their personal account, confirm their right to receive data about it, and allow message sending to their phone number. Paper violation notices left on vehicles will no longer be used starting September 1. Information can also be checked in the personal account.
