Spain loses forest fire-fighting capabilities without Russia's Kamov helicopters

Spain has lost its forest fire-fighting capabilities due to the unavailability of Russia's Kamov helicopters, which cannot be used because of sanctions, the newspaper 20 Minutos reports. Russian helicopters were considered the best in their class and until recently were used by European countries.
