Special awards presented to Belarusian and Russian artists for promoting peace through art

“Through art – to peace and mutual understanding.” By the decision of the President, special awards have been granted to People's Artist of the Republic of Belarus Leonid Zakhlenny and People's Artist of the Russian Federation Alexander Zatsepin. The President also presented Union State prizes in literature and art for 2025–2026.
