Speed limit reduced to 90 km/h on R-53 highway in Smolevichi district

The 'Sloboda — Novosady' highway is one of the busiest in the Minsk region. From 2021 to 2025, 14 accidents occurred on the 1 to 8 km stretch, resulting in 5 fatalities and 14 injuries. In most cases, the main cause was speeding or incorrect speed choice.
