Spill of chemical substance from container reported at railway station in Minsk district

Rescuers are responding to a report of a chemical substance leak from a container at a railway station in the Minsk district. There has been a slow leak of toluylene diisocyanate from barrels inside the container. No casualties have been reported, and there have been no train delays. The affected platform has been detached and moved to a siding for unloading and leak elimination. MChS units, including specialists from the 'ZUBR' detachment, are on site.
