Strange incident on M1 highway toward Minsk

According to the driver, a few hundred meters ahead he noticed three young men, two of whom were standing directly on the roadway and actively trying to attract drivers' attention.

When the car approached, one of them gestured that everything was fine and it was safe to continue driving. What the young men were trying to communicate remains a mystery.
